Description

Robert Street Architects were requested to review the opportunity to achieve planning within a large site in an Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This comprised an initial sketch review of the level of accommodation achievable on the site. The site had previously been refused planning permission however it is acknowledged within the local area that additional residential accommodation is required and the current proposals being progressed within the planning process do not necessarily deliver the types of properties required. Robert Street Architects made an approach with regards to the local Neighborhood Plan currently under development with the aim to explore the options for this site. This is an on going process and further dialog is intended with the LPA to develop an appropriate scheme for this site.
