Robert Street Architects

Robert Street Architects was founded by Jared Gunn in 2017.

Following 10 years experience working at an award winning practice in London, the opportunity arose to return to my home town of Brighton and establish Robert Street Architects. Having worked on a number of residential developments the practice is developing a reputation for a design led approach to site responsive developments that react appropriately to the local and national regulatory frameworks.

With a background in large scale residential and mixed use development in addition to high end residential developments of all scales within the private, commercial and social sector we are well placed to deliver feasibility assessments, planning approvals and construction packages for a wide variety of architectural projects. We regularly work with with developers, private individuals, contractors and housing associations taking design aspirations from paper to completed projects.

Working in close collaboration with clients, Robert Street Architects aim to make the design process simple and approachable. Using conventional drawing along with 3D visualisations allows clients to engage in the design process. Maintaining constant communication allows private clients to achieve a design they are proud of.

Developers

Providing architectural services for developments of all sizes, Robert Street Architects have a flexible approach to contractual relationships. Whether working under the RIBA Standard Agreement or within a Joint Venture we provide a professional service that adds value to a development opportunity.

Contractors

Providing both Contract Management services on the client side or Architectural Services within the context of a Design and Build Contract, Robert Street Architects can deliver comprehensive contractual and design based services through to final completion.
