12 Weald Way – Permitted Development Approved

Certificate of Lawful Development was Granted on 13th March 2019 for a, 'Construction of single storey side extension equal to half the width of the original building, construction of rear dormer within the existing roof pitch and construction of a garden room/office to the rear of the existing primary building line.'

Further to refusal from Tandridge District Council for the redevelopment of the site to provide a new build residential dwelling it was considered prudent, further to feedback provided by the LPA, to make an application for a Certificate of Lawful Development. This was granted for a substantial increase in the volume of the existing house and helped demonstrate the opportunities afforded to our client for developing the property in accordance with prescribed legislation.
