The client appointed Robert Street Architects to develop a scheme that provided an addition 4th bedroom on the 1st floor and increase/improve the living accommodation on the ground floor. Planning permission was sought and granted for a ground floor extension to the garden room converting this to a usable dining room with improvements to the thermal efficiency and an intention to the existing 1st floor dormer.
