45 Lewes Road – Planning Approved

Planning permission was Granted on 17th June 2019 for a: 'Alterations to existing ground floor summer room and porch, reducing glazing and improving thermal insulation in addition to a small extension, enlargement and re-cladding of an existing west side dormer.'

Planning permission was granted for the redevelopment of this residential property. The client appointed Robert Street Architects to develop a scheme that provided an addition 4th bedroom on the 1st floor and increase/improve the living accommodation on the ground floor. Planning permission was sought and granted for a ground floor extension to the garden room converting this to a usable dining room with improvements to the thermal efficiency and an intention to the existing 1st floor dormer.
