Work has started with ripping out the tar covered ceilings and removing the dated chimney stacks. So far so good with all going to plan. The works induced comprise a hip to gable roof extension, construction of large rear dormer, a rear and side extension and a full program of renovation works to all other rooms.

The primary works aim to be completed in 4 months with internal finishes progressing over the following year. With budget limitations the works have been phased with the more expensive fixtures and fittings to be purchased when the primary costs have been finalised.
