Planning permission was granted for the extension of an existing semi-detached property to provide a large rear kitchen/dinning room with direct access to the garden. A ground floor WC was also integrated under the stairs. On the first floor the accommodation was adjusted to provide three bedrooms and a family bathroom. Through careful design and in collaboration with the client the design brief was achieved with a limited budget.
