Planning permission was Granted on 3rd July 2018 for a: 'Two storey side extension, convert existing garage to a study, increase in size of existing dormer window and introduction of two new velux windows.' at: 18 Bradmore Way, Coulsdon, CR5 1PA

Planning permission has been received for the redevelopment of this semi-detached property to provide a two storey side extension, conversion of the existing garage to a study and utility room, increase the size of the rear dormer window and introduction of two new Velux windows.

This development proposed a reconfiguration of the ground floor living space to provide a large open plan kitchen and dining room inline with modern living arrangements. Adjustments have also been proposed to the rear garden with the introduction of a large level patio flanked with soft landscaping.

On the first floor the existing box 3rd bedroom has been increased to form an appropriately sized 4th bedroom with the introduction of a large master suite with Juliet balcony fronting the rear garden.

With flexibility introduced into the design, the client has a number of top floor configurations that can be developed without the need for further planning approval. This design can be developed a post planning subject to construction costs. Through clever design and forethought, the development will allow for future extensions and increasing of living accommodation with limited extra expense by integrating relevant plumbing connections and electrical layouts at this construction stage.
