30 Lorna Road – Permitted Development

Extended Permitted Development Rights application notice was received on 20th April 2018 for a: 'Proposed roof and rear extension' at: 30 Lorna Road, Hove

Further to discussion with the Local Planning Authority a permitted development application was made of the re-development of this property to include a ‘hip to gable’ roof extension with large rear dormer in addition to a ground floor extension integrating in internal level change to provide level access to the rear garden. It was agreed with the Planning Department that the development represented permitted development only.

Construction is intended to start on site shortly.
